The Bosch has a powerful bottom drive motor that offers 4 speeds and a momentary switch for the ultimate ease of use. Suction cup feet keep this mixer stable while mixing, kneading, or whipping during those tough jobs.


The patented heavy-duty dough hook is designed to mimic the motions of hand kneading to stretch, tuck, and fold the dough for maximum gluten development, kneading 100% of the dough every 4 rotations around the bowl.  You can knead as little as one loaf of bread, or up to 14 1-pound loaves in the 6.5 quart bowl.  The dough hook can mix up to 34 dozen cookies in one batch.

Many optional accessories are available for purchase such as the popular blender, citrus juicer, slicer/shredder, meat grinder, ice-cream maker, spiralizer, and more.  Wire whips come with your Bosch purchase which allow you to whip as little as one egg white into over a cup of meringue.  Cookie paddles, cake paddles, and bowl scraper are also available, sold separately.   


The Bosch Universal Plus is available in white, or black with a stainless steel bowl.  Stainless steel bowls are also available to purchase separately.
